Filigree Cameo White Opal Industrial Barbell Scaffold Piercing

Vintage cameo filigree setting with a synthetic white opal in the center and 2 industrial barbell piercing or scaffold piercing for your upper ear. The barbell is 14 gauge, with both ends unscrewing from the barbell and is externally threaded. The ball ends are 5mm. Shown with bead #3, chose your color bead that dangles from the center of the cameo charm. Shaft and top ball are made with 316L steel. The bottom gem setting and dangle are cast from lead and nickel free brass or zinc and then rhodium plated. All plating materials are lead, cadmium and nickel free.

**Caring for Plated Jewelry**
