18 or 20 gauge gold cartilage hoop earring with a turquoise, black and red beads that are half gold and wrapped with gold wire. Also can be used for the tragus, conch, lobe, helix, or a nose ring piercing. 316L surgical steel hoop earring measures 10mm. Hoop is 18k gold plated over surgical steel. All orders arrive in a gift box.

20 gauge is 0.8mm thick (the thinnest hoop, and the same gauge as a regular earring)
