Nose hoop in 18 gauge or 20 gauge with a pearl. Nose hoop is available in 8mm or 10mm inner diameter measurements. Please choose your gauge and diameter hoop for your nose piercing needs. Nose hoop is an endless hoop, simply twist to open and close. Nose ring is made of 316L surgical steel, pearl is directly attached to one end of the hoop and is not removable. All orders arrive in a gift box.

this is a very nice nose ring, but the "pearl" is not attached to the ring so when you put it on, you have to take the pearl off. For some that's likely no big deal, but for me it was annoying and I wasn't able to get the pearl back into the nose ring, so it became a normal hoop. If you want a pearl attached to the hoop, this isn't it, but if you don't mind then this is just fine as a purchase
