18g or 20g turquoise titanium nose stud, L bend nose ring, nose screw. 18 gauge titanium nose ring with tiny 2.3mm 100% genuine turquoise stone. The turquoise nose stud is 6mm before the bend. Turquoise is a natural stone, no two stones are exactly alike. Some have black streaks (or matrix) while others are solid turquoise blue.
