White opal daith ring, rook piercing, cartilage or tragus hoop. Three 2mm white opals hoop is 16 gauge, 18g or 20g and 8mm or 5/16" in diameter and made of 316L surgical steel. The hoop twists to open and close. Also available in gold or rose gold. Choose your wire color from the drop down menu, shown with silver.
16 gauge is the thickest hoop. 20 gauge is the thinnest hoop and the same as a regular earring.

Good Lord! I have not yet switched out my old hoop for this one..honestly it’s too beautiful to take out of the perfect little clear box it came in. It arrived super early and the item was packed very securely. If and when I want to switch out this nose hoop..I will DEFINITELY look at this sellers items. Very helpful and quick to answer questions. The earring is super cute! Edit: I have a lot of trouble getting it closed without hurting my piercing, and unfortunately during one of my attempts to get it completely closed one of the stones popped out. The owner did offer a response and advice to fixing it (glue), but disappointed the stones came out so easily after less than a month of wear.
