16 gauge cbr rose gold cartilage hoop earring with a black onyx gemstone. Can also be used for the tragus, rook or helix. The black onyx gemstone bead is 4mm. The 14kt rose gold plated 316L surgical steel cbr hoop is available in 8mm (5/16") or 10mm (3/8") or 11mm (7/16") in diameter.

20 gauge is 0.8mm thick (the thinnest hoop, and the same gauge as a regular earring)
18 gauge is 1.0mm thick

Very pretty earring, but nearly impossible to take off the bead and put it back on, even when it is not in your ear. So far, I have not been able to wear this earring, but the others I received were fantastic.
