White opal gold daith ring, rook piercing, cartilage or tragus hoop. Five 2mm white opals hoop is 16 gauge, 18 gauge or 20 gauge and 8mm or 5/16" in diameter and made of 316L surgical steel plated gold. The hoop twists to open and close. Also available in rose gold or silver. Choose your wire color from the drop down menu, shown with gold.

**Caring for Plated Jewelry**
To maintain the nice vibrant finish of gold plated or rose gold plated jewelry, extra care needs to be taken. Please remove plated jewelry when showering, washing your face, exercising and swimming. Lotions, soaps, makeup, chlorine, etc will cause a reaction in the metal and it will tarnish. When wearing plated nose jewelry, keep make up and lotions clear of the jewelry. Wipe it after each use with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and debris that may have collected during the time it was worn.

I loved my nose hoop when it originally arrived, it was gorgeous and easily one of my favorite pieces of body jewelry—so I thought. Unfortunately when I finally decided to change my nose jewelry and wear the pretty opals, less than a week later it had tarnished & rusted, the gold paint chipped off and my nose piercing—which is over 10 years old—became irritable for the first time in years. I have never had body jewelry no matter how cheap or expensive turn this way. In fact, I have a gold filled nose hoop that has been tarnish free for 3 years. Ultimately this was a loss for me; it leaves me disappointed not only because of how attractive the jewelry was, but because I trusted in the seller and the large amount of positive reviews.
