Elephant gold nipple shield, nipple ring nipple bar nipple jewelry. 14 gauge nipple jewelry, and barbell is 18mm long and are externally threaded. The inner diameter of the nipple shield is 1/2" or 12mm. You choose whether you want a single nipple bar or a pair from the drop down box. Choose your beads color, shown with #28. Gold nipple bars can be worn with or without the bottom wire and beads. All orders arrive in a gift box.

**Caring for Plated Jewelry**
To maintain the nice vibrant finish of gold plated or rose gold plated jewelry, extra care needs to be taken. Please remove plated jewelry when showering, washing your face, exercising and swimming. Lotions, soaps, makeup, chlorine, etc will cause a reaction in the metal and it will tarnish. When wearing plated nose jewelry, keep make up and lotions clear of the jewelry. Wipe it after each use with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and debris that may have collected during the time it was worn.

Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the metal used for this product. I attempted a resolution w/seller who refused a refund & suggested I pay additional to send another type barbell. Uncomfortable w/paying more after the first negative experience. Seller was unhelpful. I had not previously experienced any issues with jewelry so was unaware that I would have a reaction. Apparently, the combination of plated base metal used for this product does not agree with my skin so I will have to use a quality & natural material.
