CBR cartilage hoop earring with a black opal gemstone. Can also be used for the tragus, rook, conch or helix. The black opal gemstone bead is 4mm. The 316L surgical steel cbr hoop is available in different gauges and diameters.
20 gauge is 0.8mm thick (the thinnest hoop, and the same gauge as a regular earring)
18 gauge is 1.0mm thick
16 gauge is 1.2mm thick

Pros: Cute and pretty. Shipping was prompt. Cons: In order to put it in, you have to take out the opal which is super tiny. The earring is not a twist open/close. The opal is not easy to come out and when it did, I dropped it on the ground and it was lost. Even if I hadn't lost it, it's so tiny I'm not sure how I would even get it back in the hoop.
