Golden glittery saturn opal and star tragus earring, cartilage earring. 316L surgical IP plated steel barbell piercing is 16 gauge with a 1/4" (6mm) long post, with a dangling white turquoise star. The golden glittery saturn helix earring is 8mm x 7mm (not including the dangling white turquoise star). To maintain the finish, make sure it is rinsed off completely of any soap, lotions, creams or hair products, or to remove before showering for best care.
Please note that the amount of grey in the white turquoise star varies in each one. Some stars may have lots of grey, while others will be solid white. This is the nature of natural stones.
